Step-by-Step Delivery Instructions

  1. Check Your Status First

    Ensure your status shows "Ready for Collection" on the PACI portal. If your status is still "Under Process", delivery cannot be booked yet.

  2. Open Official PACI Delivery Portal

    Go to delivery.paci.gov.kw or open the Sahel app → PACI Services → Civil ID Home Delivery.

  3. Enter Civil ID & Card Serial Number

    Provide your 12-digit Civil ID number and the 10-digit serial number from the back of your current card or Hawiyati app.

  4. Input Your 8-Digit Automated Address

    Enter your 8-digit PACI address number (from your building plate or Kuwait Finder app), followed by Block, Street, Floor, and Apartment.

  5. Pay via K-NET (2 KD + 0.250 KD Extra)

    Complete the payment securely with any Kuwait bank debit card via K-NET. Save the receipt SMS.

  6. Hand Over Old Card Upon Arrival

    When the driver calls and arrives at your door, hand over your expired Civil ID to receive your new card envelope.

Key Requirements for Successful Delivery

PACI Automated Address (الرقم الآلي)

PACI will ask for your 8-digit Automated Building Address Number. Look for the blue metal PACI plate outside your building entrance, or search your street and block on the Kuwait Finder app.

Card Serial Number (الرقم المسلسل)

PACI requires your 10-digit serial number found on the upper-right corner on the back of your current card. If you don't have the card, check the back of your digital card inside the Hawiyati app.
