How to Request Delivery

  1. Check Your Status

    Verify your Civil ID status shows "Ready for Collection" on the PACI portal before requesting delivery.

  2. Log In to PACI or Sahel

    Access the PACI e-services portal or Sahel app. Navigate to Civil ID → Home Delivery.

  3. Enter Delivery Address

    Provide your exact delivery address including block, street, building, and apartment number.

  4. Pay Delivery Fee (2 KD)

    Pay the 2 KD delivery fee via KNET or credit card to confirm the request.

  5. Wait for Delivery

    Your card will be delivered within 3–7 working days. Keep your phone available for the courier's call.
