PACI Status: Data Not Found / Invalid
Not Found (لا توجد بيانات)
The PACI system cannot locate an active Civil ID application or record under the number you entered. This does not necessarily mean a rejection.
Why This Happens
- Incorrect Civil ID number entered (check all 12 digits)
- Your application has not yet been submitted by your sponsor/Mandoob
- MOI residency permit has expired or was cancelled
- Name mismatch between MOI and PACI records
- Previous Civil ID was cancelled due to final exit
What to Do
- 1 Double-check your 12-digit Civil ID number for typos
- 2 Confirm with your employer/sponsor that the application was actually submitted
- 3 Check your MOI residency status on the MOI portal
- 4 Visit PACI South Surra with your passport for a manual record check
- 5 If you recently entered Kuwait, wait 48 hours for the system to sync with MOI
Frequently Asked Questions
I just arrived in Kuwait. Why does PACI say "Not Found"?
PACI data syncs with MOI after your residency is stamped. This can take 24–72 hours. Wait 3 working days, then check again.
My sponsor says they submitted it. Why is it not showing?
Ask your sponsor for the MOI reference number or application receipt. Some Mandoobs submit residency but forget the separate PACI step.
Can "Not Found" mean my Civil ID was cancelled?
Yes, if a final exit was processed or your residency was cancelled by your sponsor, the Civil ID record is removed from the active database.
