  • Incorrect Civil ID number entered (check all 12 digits)
  • Your application has not yet been submitted by your sponsor/Mandoob
  • MOI residency permit has expired or was cancelled
  • Name mismatch between MOI and PACI records
  • Previous Civil ID was cancelled due to final exit
