How to Book a Meta Appointment

  1. Visit the Meta Platform

    Go to meta.gov.kw and log in with your Civil ID and password. Registration is free if you don't have an account.

  2. Select PACI Services

    From the Ministry list, select "Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI)".

  3. Choose Service & Branch

    Select your required service (e.g., Civil ID Collection or Address Update), then choose the branch nearest to you (South Surra, Jahra, or Ahmadi).

  4. Pick a Time Slot

    Select an available date and time slot. Confirm the booking to receive a barcode which you must present to the security guard upon arrival.
