Renewal Process (Step-by-Step)

  1. Clear Outstanding Fines

Check for any unpaid PACI or MOI fines at pay.gov.kw. The system will block renewal if fines exist.

  2. Prepare Your Photo

Take a passport-style photo with white background. PACI requires a recent photo matching their specifications.

  3. Log In to PACI or Sahel

Access the PACI e-services portal or open the Sahel app. Navigate to Civil ID → Renewal.

  4. Submit Application & Pay

Upload your photo, verify your details, and pay the 2 KD renewal fee via KNET or credit card.

  5. Track Your Status

After submission, track your new card status on the PACI portal. Once ready, collect or request delivery.
